PIZAZZ Dance Team is a group of young ladies who love to dance, perform and have a ton of fun!  Learn jazz, lyrical, military, and hip-hop routines.  Build your confidence, work on showmanship, and focus on your dance technique.  The instructor, Christy Whitaker, who believes in a positive and upbeat dance environment, has been involved in dancing for more than 30 years and has been an instructor for the past seventeen years.  Every dancer will get the opportunity to perform at several local basketball halftimes, competitions and other exciting events.  PIZAZZ dancers have performed for several years at the “Stadium of Fire” for the 4^th of July spectacular at B.Y.U., the FedEx Orange Bowl Halftime Show in Miami, Florida, the Las Vegas Bowl, Catalina Island, the Baja Carnival Cruise Ship, the National Dance Team Championships at Walt Disney World in Florida, and attend dance camp each summer.  Practice and performance uniforms will need to be purchased for each dancer at the beginning of the dance season.  The PIZAZZ dance season runs from August to May with open enrollment only throughout the month of August. PIZAZZ ALL-STARZZ* is an Advanced Tryout Team that goes up through COLLEGE! You must be a member of the regular PIZAZZ dance class to tryout for this advanced class unless you are a 10^th grade to college aged dancer.  Tryouts will be held the end of August 2011.  You don’t want to miss out!  For more information about tryouts for this dance team, please contact Christy Whitaker at 652-9544 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The community is invited to attend our Free Annual Dance Review held every May.

3rd-5th Grade Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 p.m.

6th-12th Grade Thursdays 4:30-6:30 p.m.

All-Starzz (thru College age) Thursdays 6:30-8:00 p.m.
