Creative Dance is a break off of ballet that teaches the basics of ballet and allows children to explore dance and participate in the choreography process during parts of class. Research shows that it is the best way to begin dancing. They dance barefoot and can wear any color dance attire. Tights are fine as long as they are footless. Classes start as early as age two. Dancers that are kindergarten and older will participate in the Christmas Concert, "The Polar Express". Dancers 2 yrs to pre-K will perform in their classes for parents/ grandparents on their last class before Christmas.

Combo classes are for 1st graders and older. They do both ballet and jazz during that hour. Combo I (1st-3rd grade) they wear pink Leo, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Combo II dancers have had some ballet and some jazz experience (2nd-4th). Combo II wear a light blue leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes. Older dancers should take the straight ballet and/or jazz classes.
Traditional ballet classes begin 1st grade and older.

Ballet I is for dancers new to ballet and fairly new to dance (usually 6-8)
Ballet II are for dancers that have had a previous ballet class (usually 8-10)
Ballet III dancers are on an intermediate ballet level or are older dancers that know how to dance but are newer to ballet. (usually 10+).
Ballet IV are for experienced ballet dancers that are focused on technique and progressing further in ballet.
